It's nothing special, but if you need to be closer to Corpus for work it'll do. Could really use some TLC. There is a train track not too far away so there will be noise at times. If you are looking for a park with amenities for kids/family this ain't it. I stayed in one of the front lots which had a concrete slab with sidewalk. However, the trailer sits on dirt/gravel.
Grate place to stay if your out of town working ,they have a variety of comfortable cabins and mobile homes to stay in and the price is fair!
Great place to stay if you're working at the refineries. I haven't had any issues while I've been here. Only downside is the lack of cable or Wi-Fi. Place is good and the staff is very helpful.

We found this cute little place in effort to have a stable place to stay while we rebuild after harvey hit. When our electric plug shorted out they got us fixed up same day. They have been so nice and welcoming. Even with our dogs ❤I'm so grateful to them. We need more people like them in the world.
