It is truly disgusting that your company would take money from a grieving family and then 113 days later you still have not delivered what was paid for and promised in 2 weeks. I have contacted you so many times regarding this purchase without any resolve. Brenda again promised me the item purchases would be shipped out on the 17th of March 2016 and here it is April 6th and still nothing. I have filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company since it appears your company is not willing to honor your end of this transaction.
